CANCELLATION  POLICY

 

All clients are given a 10 minute grace period after that you will be charged $15 late fee. No shows after 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled. If you need to cancel please reach out to me atleast 24 hours before your appointment. Anytime you cancel an appointment you are also forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS. Same day cancellation fee is 50% of your service amount
